I like that it allows me to create my own layout for how much space each person takes up in our services, so we don't have any extra paperwork or files lying around! It also helps us keep track of who's been there since when by creating individual pages per service member (and their families).

The only downside would be if you're not familiar with using this program - learning all about everything can take awhile!! But once your comfortable then things are easy peasy from here out :) Our staff loves being able use one central location where they know what information needs added at which time during an appointment/service etc.
