I love that it includes everything from basic to advanced features, allowing for ease of use with all types/sizes funerals! Not much at this time but have heard nothing negative about EMCom as far back we've used them in our area (about 4 years). The ease of use, it can be used for multiple clients so you don't have to learn one system if you are already using another. It's easy enough that someone with no experience in any kind of business could figure out how to navigate through the program without too much trouble. I like that it's easy to use, has many features for different types of funerals (eulogy writing included), allows you upload pictures from your computer or phone/tablet easily with no extra cost! It can be used by anyone who wants an online service but doesn't want all those costs associated in-person services - which are great too!! You don’s have as much control over what happens when someone dies if they're not there themselves; this could make them feel more comfortable about their decision

The best thing about this program was that it made everything so easy to organize all my information into one place, from obituaries in addition with basic contact info as well! I would say there are some things which could be improved upon such like adding more features or options for customization but overall its been great working within emcom's system! Make sure you go through their training videos because they have excellent resources available online along side of them making learning fun
