The ease of use, it can be used for multiple clients so you don't have to learn one system if you are already using another. It's easy enough that someone with no experience in any kind of business could figure out how to navigate through the program without too much trouble. I wish there was more customization options within the program itself. We're able to manage our client information very easily here as well as keep track of all services provided by us (we do cremations). I like that this system allows me to be able t keep records of all my employees, as well their families contact information in one place at no extra cost! It's easy for myself or any other employee who has never used it before because there are many helpful tutorials included with each section you need info about (even though we have been using them since day 1). There isn't much out here yet but what exists looks good so far!! Keep up your great work.
