I like that it is easy to use for both clients as well employees of our funeral homes! It has helped us be more organized than ever before when working together at my job (Funerals). The software is very easy to use and navigate when compared to others of this type that I have used previously! It has helped me keep my business organized by allowing for separate sections/tabs as needed for various aspects such as office operations (bookkeeping), client relations, etc., all within 1 main area - the "Funeral Home" section which allows multiple tabs per page so there are no issues keeping everything together at once.
