The software is very easy to use and navigate when compared to others of this type that I have used previously! It has helped me keep my business organized by allowing for separate sections/tabs as needed for various aspects such as office operations (bookkeeping), client relations, etc., all within 1 main area - the "Funeral Home" section which allows multiple tabs per page so there are no issues keeping everything together at once. As stated above it also helps organize things much more efficiently than having lots of different folders or pages just dedicated to particular areas of interest like bookings, funerals, obituaries, etc. There were some initial hiccups but they worked out quickly enough without taking too long. When we first started using web suite our accounting was done manually from paper files into spreadsheets before being uploaded online where clients could view them if desired. This process took quite awhile each month due to how many invoices had been produced since last time around.
