I love how easy it is to use with my iPad or desktop computer compared to old software that was difficult to use! It makes entering all information at one time very simple. There are not many features but they have great customer service if you need help with any problem which helps when there isn't much training available online. I like that it allows you to see who has viewed your file. It's very easy to use and have all my employees working together seamlessly. There are times when I need to go in and get things fixed, but I don't know how to do it or where to find the information.
