I like that it allows you to see who has viewed your file. It's very easy to use and have all my employees working together seamlessly. There are times when I need to go in and get things fixed, but I don't know how to do it or where to find the information. If there was someone I could contact about this issue, I would definitely take advantage of their help. It has helped me keep track of everyone in my Funeral Home. I used to have to ask them to come back at a specific time, now they can see their availability and be able to schedule accordingly. I like that it's easy to use and navigate through all aspects of my business. It also has great customer service support if needed. The price point can be high depending on your needs but you get what you pay for with this software. There are some things that could have been improved such as adding more customization options in the reports section. We used it mainly for our billing department which was very helpful when we had large volumes of customers.
