All off-road shoes have soft studded soles for better traction in mud or snow. But how to run in them on asphalt? The answer was obvious, I shod them)). I did not want to look for another more precise expression. I glued a piece of rubber to each spike. I won’t talk about the gluing process, I’ll just write that I glued them with transparent glue and the rubber was at hand from a piece of a car camera about 3mm thick. As a result, I run them on asphalt and everything is fine! Has cons: At first it seemed that the heel was about to pop out when running, but after a while the heel went deep into the sneaker and everything became great.
