I love how easy it was to set up my account! The customer service team at oChatBots were very helpful in getting me started so that everything went smoothly from thereon out - they even suggested some of our own bots we didn't know about before hand which ended up being useful later down the line when things weren’t working like expected or not what we had initially planned.

We have been able add new products directly into Chat without having to create an API key first (which takes time). Our customers can easily search through items using keywords within their messages rather than searching by clicking around pages etc. Some people are still hesitant to use online chats but once you get used to it its great once your happy then you realize just how much easier chatting makes life!
