Most of the lower star reviews are pretty much right on the chair. The material is awful, you can feel the frame through the padding(?) and the worst part is that the screw for my armrest is misaligned. Not multiple screws, just one screw. After playing around with this for a good hour I decided it was best not to force the screw in as it looked like it would come loose. The footrest button is loud, how terribly loud. You will hear a pleasant sound when you put it down and a sound when you try to put it down. You have to apply quite a bit of pressure to get the footrest into its normal position. I have collected a large number of chairs but this one is certainly the worst. Contacted Amazon for refund. The problem is that I can't put it back in the box to send it back as the base is fully attached to the seat. Pros - looks good - drink holder? Don't worry about it, find something else. This is the worst chair I've ever had.
