Fits my first generation (passenger side) and comes with gaskets. The supplied heat protection is too long and must be shortened to fit. (I just reused my old heat shield which also fits). It's actually easier than I thought (after lots of cursing and yelling). I had to unbolt the exhaust pipes farther back to create clearance. And take off the bike. That's it, apart from using a lot of odd configurations of extensions and ratchet connections.
