SO FAST. perfect for checking the queue at restaurants.
Gets warm SO fast. ideal for gastronomy. I have used thermometers daily for 12 years and this is by far the best. even magnets on the side of your grill. and waterproof. turns on and off automatically which is nice too. a bit bulky but that's the worst I can say about it.
