I planned on using these for Christmas lights. The design of these hooks are ideal because you can hammer them in, rather than drilling them in like some of the other light options. The design issue is the actual hook part, as you can't slide the lights easily onto the hooks into the loop. The plastic is not pliable so they don't bend or give at all. Being on a ladder and trying to maneuver makes them very dangerous to use. It appears like I can still return them but I don't know how I would be able to take them down off my house in order to complete the return. I need to buy replacements at this point but I don't want to try and use a drill end, so I'll need to look for other options.
