The film is thick and durable. The glue is strong. The film has a light texture and a non-reflective matte finish. I used it on a relatively flat lens surface. (I didn't cover the headlight lens) I tried fitting it around the edge of the lens but the material was too hard and didn't hold up well in the curves and corners. I was even able to crop the film around the edges of the lens so it worked well for my application. The film looks dark and slightly opaque, but lets a lot of light through when the turn signal is on. I recommend this product.
