The top plate locking pin on one of them was slightly offset so when I tightened the nut (usually 25 ft. lbs.) the factory nut stripped the threads on the bolt. It took me a lot of time. Also, the plate that the studs attach to is made of thin aluminum. So when you tighten the nut, the plate will deform as the nuts pull it against the body. This part is not even formed the same way in the tool. Note the large flange compared to the OEM part. You don't get the strength that you get with an OEM part. I don't trust the strength of the stud. I wonder what steel the bolts are made of? I decided to pay a lot more for the OEM version, at least I know what I'm getting. I do not recommend this product, especially if you are keeping a car.
