This comb is pictured to be exactly the same as the aerated brush I bought at the barber's counter. The brush I previously had has relatively soft plastic bristles so they tend to give when they get tangled in my hair rather than tearing it. I like it. Unfortunately, the hairbrush also broke because the bristles were soft and weak. I was hoping to replace that brush with these as they are very similar in size, shape and construction. However, when it arrived I found that the bristles on this brush are more brittle than my previous brush - it gets stuck in my tangles instead of falling apart. It's ok for the money, you get what you pay for, but I wouldn't buy it again. Probably suitable for you if your hair is not very thick and not very curly.
