I bought this device and Minix Neo A3 a few weeks ago. The included remote control didn't work right out of the box. Disappointment! Luckily I bought an A3 which I quickly got used to; works like a dream. The U9-H itself was a little disappointing. It often crashes and freezes, and the only way to restart it is to unplug the power cord and then plug it back in. I may need to do a factory reset and try starting everything again. If the device is still locked after this, I will send it back to Revain for a replacement. From all the reviews I've read this must be a great device so I'll give it another try. We will keep everyone updated on the development. Six-month update: After a few firmware updates from Minix, the device works almost perfectly. The only issue we currently have is an intermittent wireless connection issue. I haven't tried static IP as recommended on the Minix forums, but I'll experiment later. Overall I am very happy with the Minix device and would definitely recommend it!
