The simplicity of this software is amazing! It's easy to use, free for basic features (such as email), very customizable & user friendly interface which makes it easier than any other tool I've used before in my career so far. Easy access from everywhere via web or mobile app too. Sometimes there are issues with pop-ups appearing when you're trying to work normally but that happens rarely compared to all its advantages over competitors like Office 365/Gmail etc., no need to pay monthly fees anymore since everything can be done online at your own pace without restrictions. Accessibility across platforms - desktop pc / laptop, android phone, iOS devices such as iPhone iPad Air 2.
