5'7 34 inch 33 inch waist the 34 X 30 fit very well. I usually go for 34 x 32, but these rub long. I got a 32 and will have to have it hemmed. The 30 which is usually to short for my liking is perfect with this brand. My ideal size is 33 x 31, which is almost all but impossible to ever find. So I am happy with these. The material is Super Stretchy, lightweight, breathable, and comfortable. I love these pants. They feel like I'm wearing nothing, they are that comfortable. I can kick over my head with no restraint what so ever. Yes I sometimes kick higher than my head.They look great with a nice white t shirt and white sneakers. I love them. Savane is my new favorite pants maker. I wonder if they make shirts?
