Received this item in April. Actually I have two. The docking station didn't work on the first one I got. So I ordered another one, and I figured if I could somehow get the other one working again, I'd have a living room and bedroom dock. Good thing the dock is completely dead. He died a month after receiving it. The other dock still works. However, the batteries that made me buy the docking station are now completely useless. They stay charged for no more than 45 minutes to 1 hour of playtime. I don't know how to contact support as they are not listed which makes me even more unhappy. Businesses should have readily available customer service/help desks. Whether telephone number or online request. I would like to get some decent batteries and because I paid for TWO workstations. How about I get a working one of these. I have proof of purchase for both.
