I was happy with my choice at first, thinking that if I take care of it and keep it clean it will serve me for many years. Now I have found that almost all of these straps have limited tension before losing their ability to recover and become nothing more than a pull strap. The average is ten or ten hits before you use up the ability. I'm sure lighter hits make them break down slower, but let's say your buddy is stuck and it takes you 5 hits to get him out! The ARB name is familiar to most off-road enthusiasts and is printed on a tag attached directly to the belt! yes 10! My next harness will be an unlimited tugum rope assuming they take up more space but they last a long time without losing ability or deteriorating over time if you take care of them and never move or over them pull rocks. and position the protective cover to avoid damage. Limited webbing tension is not a common fact, but it certainly should be! thank you: D
