I like how easy it is for me as an administrator of this product. It's very customizable so we can easily control who has access what folder/files within our email system with ease! There are some features missing such as being able to add custom fields or even set up rules similar to Outlook which would be useful if someone wanted more granular controls over their emails (like when they're deleted).
