EDIT: I left my initial review which is what I honestly i felt about the product, i felt like it was good but not great. The seller reached out to me basically to say they didn't agree with my review and asked me to change my 4 star review to a 5 star.and I no longer use it because it's lost! Night after night it kept falling out, and now I can no longer find it, so oh well.Original review:This doesn't make my snoring go away completely, but my wife told me that it has decreased my snoring. It does take a little bit to get used to it when it's in my nose, and I guess some nights i move around too much, there will be some mornings where i wake up with it still in my nose and some mornings where it fell out, and i had to search for where it fell, but overall it does help my snoring a bit.
