I really liked that you could customize your event with different themes or add extra items to it from their website (this would be helpful if you need some specific items not listed). There were times when we had problems logging onto our account which made us feel as though they weren't taking advantage of this service enough. We did get our custom events going but there was still some work done by us at this point because of all the customization involved. They didn't do anything out side our contract with them so it wasn't something our end, just theirs. It solved any issues about being able to track things throughout the month in addition our customer service team gave tips about where we should advertise for our next promotion. This helped give us an idea of how much people are using or viewing the product. I have worked with them at previous jobs so they were familiar to me when it came time for my first contract bid from their team! They are very friendly but not pushy - we had good communication throughout our relationship as well (even after signing!).
