Review on Master Terminal by Mark Hart

The software works well with our existing hardware to give us an easy platform to manage everything from crane operation through container handling and loading/unloading right down to picking up trucks at the yard gate or delivering them back out again! We have been able to implement this into what was previously very manual processes which has reduced manning requirements significantly as people are now freed up to do other things while still being kept informed via SMS alerts if required. I cannot think of anything that we dislike about it! There isn't really much you can fault in terms of functionality but one thing would be that there could maybe just be more options available when logging off than simply exiting completely - perhaps some kind of logoff option? This may not always apply depending upon your implementation though so no harm trying different approaches until something clicks! A fantastic product by any standards allowing me total control over my fleet. Master Terminal is very easy to use and has a lot of features. It is very reliable and can be used in a wide variety of ports. It is very user friendly and has a lot of features. I have no complaints.
