Review on πŸ”΄ Fiskars XX-Large Circle Lever Punch: Effortlessly Create Perfect Circles by Carol Miller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Absolutely perfect within reason

Most of the paper I cut with this tool was absolutely smooth. While cutting through 140lb watercolor paper, I encountered the ragged edges seen in another user's photos. Thing is though, I just used sharp scissors to cut off the frayed pieces and all was fine. I certainly couldn't have cut such an even and perfect circle without this cutter. So really, as long as you're willing to prune a little if needed, this works perfectly. I also had no trouble seeing what I was cutting. Yes I had to look down or even hold it upside down but hitting upside down wasn't difficult and believe me I have the weakest hands I know with arthritis AND carpal tunnel. So if I can, I can do it. Oh, also I measured a perfect diameter of 2.5 inches. TL;DR - Get to know him and he will be amazing. I don't find it unreasonable to cut a little fraying around the edges.
