Review on 🐦 Premium Parakeet Pellets: Optimal Nutrition for Your Feathered Friend by Chris Edwards

I almost returned these pellets because my budgie didn't seem able to chew on them. I was starting to wonder if I could wet them, so I went to lafaber.com/pellets as listed on the back of the packet and looked up how to get your parrot used to a new food. The underside mentioned wetting the pellets but warned that the dishes would need to be cleaned every few hours due to bacteria. I tried exactly that and my young budgie ate it. All the same! She used to get tired from a few short flights or room walks, but now she enjoys walking and is almost hyperactive. She really seems to have a lot more energy. I bought her because she only eats seeds from her other food (a mix of seeds and this cookie) and only eats fresh veggies when I hand feed her. I like that I don't have to take the time to grind these granules like other reviewers mention, but I do need to put more emphasis on getting the granules properly cleaned a few times a day. If my budgie is happy with them I will continue to buy them for her.
