This is the first toy my bird (blue-winged parrot) has really played with and he loves it, he tears it to pieces although he doesn't like the swing but I suggest you take out the top toy because that's where they can head in or step in or see if it gets stuck in the rope and I suggest you take all the bells off the swing and the ones with the plastic parts, the Rest of the bells are OK.

Birds love to grind these toys, but there are a few downsides. All closed bells have been removed as they can become a taunt problem. Birds also love the bridge but it tips over and wobbles when hung so I used clips to attach it to the side of the cage which is MUCH better. The jury doesn't approve of rope toys, so I tie rope to the outside of the cage to keep the birds out. Overall a good starter kit but next time I'll try something different.

I have four parrots and they all love these toys. I slowly introduced the toys, put them together and moved them around each week and every toy was a hit. Some parts fall apart, but that's because the birds chew and disassemble them, which is fun for them and keeps them from getting bored. One of my birds spent a whole week slowly untangling one of the balls of yarn - he loved it! I'll probably buy another batch once they work through all of these toys. Very important.

I would love this pack. but please BEWARE of JINGLE BELLS! We put a toy with a bell on it and within a week our parrot was making us cry because its paw got stuck in one of the side holes (the triangular shape made it easy for the paw to slip and get stuck). For those with more adventurous parrots than mine, keep in mind that some of the bells are the kind that have little beads inside to rattle and make noise.
