The ease of use with this system makes it very user friendly to new users as well those that have experience in other systems like PSA or QMS360 which are more complex than ASCTE but not necessarily better products either! I would say there could be some additional features added such as work order creation/maintenance etc., however all these can easily been done by creating custom fields during setup process if needed (which should come standard!). If you're looking into doing maintenance then we used both our own staff members along side using their services so no issues here at least from my end once they were hired!!
