Dear, this is my verdict on my rating.
this is exactly what i was looking for but can't find in town. it is thick cotton. Love the floor length. fits perfectly. The hood is great for the cold when I need to go out to get a newspaper or indoors when I want to warm up. the tie works great too. very happy.
