Review on πŸ”Š Bluetooth Sound Bar: 2.0 Channel Stereo Speaker for TV/Cellphone/Tablet – Wireless/Wired Home Theater Speaker, Portable 2 X 5W Sound Bars by Jamal Yang

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not that great to be honest.

Bought this speaker based on positive reviews. First, there is no RCA connector in the kit. I don't even see one on the back of the speaker. I had to plug it into my TV's headphone jack, which would be nice if when I turned off the TV the speaker would also turn off or at least be silent, it's good that the TV is off but it's not. Instead, the speaker emits an awful crackling sound as soon as the TV turns off, I have to get up and turn the speaker off manually. Second, since I had to use the headphone jack, I have to unplug the speaker from the TV every time I want to watch TV without speakers, which is inconvenient since the jack is on the back of the TV. Third, the sound is not very good. As soon as you turn the volume control halfway up, the volume hardly changes afterwards. Definitely not as loud as I was hoping based on the reviews. The sound itself isn't as crisp as the sound from my TV (which is a very cheap scepter, by the way). Overall I am not happy with this speaker and would not recommend it to anyone looking to use it solely as a soundbar for their TV.
