Quick, easy, and super friendly customer support. It's also a very simple tool for beginners to use without having to go through a complicated training. The price is on the higher side and can be pricey when you're just learning. It's a great tool for newbies who don't want to deal with a lot of the marketing automation software out there. It's great for creating simple campaigns for new or small businesses. I like that I can use it without needing to have any technical experience, and that it's easy to create my own templates. There are many different ways of creating your own templates, but it takes awhile to get used to them. The support team is also very helpful. I do not really like anything about the program. It has been helpful for me in contacting new leads and getting more customers.
