
I've released 3 batches of Ginger Beer already and have no complaints. Wondering if I need to get some extra bottle tops... 07/30/21 Well the 4th Ginger Beer Factory ended with a massive explosion less than 48 hours after the start of this batch and just 8 hours after the bottles burped, just at 80 -85 degrees. As a precaution, carefully inspect and study your tools. I had previously cleaned tiny tiny bits of glass on all surfaces in my kitchen for 2 1/2 hours. I'm just glad it's Saturday and I decided to get up an hour later than usual so my wife and I weren't in the kitchen when it happened. I like the size and look of the bottles but I won't be using them for a future fermentation. :-( BE CAREFUL WHEN FINISHING
