Great product with many features. I actually bought this Prepara Roasting Laurel to use in a 6L slow cooker. It does an excellent job of elevating the product above the bottom of the dish, away from a direct source of heat and liquid saturating it. The design itself is attractive and unique as the individual sheets can be nested within each other to take a form to suit your individual needs. I alternated bay leaves in the Thanksgiving skillet to cook the turkey. Everyone remarked on how tasty the bird had turned out. Not being that experienced a chef, this product may have played a role in its success.
