I used to like Kavu bags and thought this would make a nice smaller bag for travel. I chose this one because the main compartment has a zip closure and not like all other Kavu bags in this style. But I was disappointed when I took it out of the box and saw some things inside that weren't clear from the photos or the description: - NO inner pockets. There is a main zipped compartment as well as several smaller external zipped pockets on the front of the bag and a velcro pocket on the back. My other Kavu bags have multiple inner pockets so this was unexpected. There is a plastic buckle on the strap. So when you press the clip, the strap just comes off completely. I don't even understand why anyone would need a handbag strap, especially when there is no other way to carry it. One of the reasons I chose this bag was because I like thick rope straps and find them good for security, but for me the buckle makes the bag less secure. Maybe this is done so the strap can be adjusted, but there has to be a better way so it doesn't come apart so easily. The fabric is abrasive and I can see how it can damage the clothing it's rubbing against. Some other reviewers have complained about this. I'm sad to return this, but these qualities made it unappealing to me.
