Review on 🔒 Enhance Your Outdoor Security with Barrette Outdoor Living 73014305 24" Heavy-Duty Drop Rod, Black by Joseph Campbell

I ordered two of these and on all four mounts I had to remove about 1/16" of material (with a dremel) from the hole in the bottom mount to allow for the stem (see attached Image with arrow) ). Waste of time but they are fully functional now. Also, the included screws appear to be of poor quality, with paint peeling and burrs. Also, these are Phillips self-tapping screws, which I find very difficult to drive lightly. I used four and then found some hex nuts instead. The black paint on the pole also scratches off easily. Overall not very happy.
