Review on Roman Carbide DC1828 Rabbeting Bearings by Eddie Duncan

My first impression of this product was that it looked better than I expected for the price. The bit and bearings come in a nice wooden box, which I'm really happy about, because without it it would be difficult to keep track of all the details. Too bad the product is missing a long screw and one of the washers. I can't make flush cuts because the longest screw holds the largest bearing. When I contacted the supplier, he told me that there are no warranty parts for this item. If I need a screw and washer I will have to ask Revain for a replacement/refund. For me it's just not worth the effort. I can't give a good review if they have lousy customer service. Oh yes, one of the flutes is dull so now I need to sharpen it before using it for the first time.
