I squeezed it until it clicked and then a little harder and then checked the connection with a multimeter and I didn't have one. I tried to push even harder but the bones are still missing. I unplugged the cable and to my surprise the small metal blade did not penetrate the cable's outer sheath. Aside from not being strong enough to puncture an internal cable, I found several connectors lacked a fully internal metal blade. When I went from the tee to the spade to add the wire, I had three of these that I had crimped really, really hard that just fell apart when I tried to separate them from the tee. The design is just great but the quality is so bad it's unusable.
