I've been avoiding antiperspirants for years to avoid aluminum and other phthalates. Arm & Hammer Essentials works better than all my deodorants. My spouse and I both use it so it's great for both men and women. Personally, I don't like floral scents or anything too scented. This clean scent is my personal favorite; it leaves you smelling fresh and clean. I've experienced discoloration, skin spots, and ingrown hairs from using other deodorants. When I return to Arm & Hammer Essentials, everything clears up within a day or two of use. Sometimes I buy other natural deodorants on sale just to try it and end up coming back to this one. It lasts through all my workouts and hot days; and does not stain clothing. It applies completely transparently and doesn't feel sticky like other transparent deodorants. I swear by this thing!
