I have bought several. The first 2 didn't last long, fell apart and didn't work well. Then the one I bought before that doesn't show up in my purchases worked great. I lost it while walking back and forth in the hospital wearing masks. I would like to buy another one but couldn't find one so I bought this one. It's garbage. People couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. loss of static. Useless. I wanted to return it but a family member had a massive stroke so I didn't return it within 5 days or the Revain deadline. waste of money. It just sits in the box, you shouldn't even try to use it. Don't buy this one.
