Review on NOVOO by Rick Malloy

I recently had a negative NOVOO encounter. I had a hard time navigating their website and locating what I was looking for. When I did decide to buy something, it took longer than I had anticipated for me to receive my order, and the goods themselves fell short of my expectations. To make things worse, I encountered annoyance when I attempted to contact their customer service department. I got the impression that my worries weren't being treated seriously because they weren't helpful or responsive. Overall, I would not advise using NOVOO for purchasing. The client service is poor, the products are of poor quality, and the website is cumbersome. There are more advantageous ways to buy devices and accessories.
