Great find for shower cap
I have long, baby-like, thin hair that I usually braid at night. I also use a CPAP machine and the headgear damages my hair. The silk hair cap reduced the damage significantly, especially on the top of my head. I wear my hat inside out because I need the straighter side of my hair. I also cut off 2 ties as they are useless. I'm starting to see less damage and hair loss after a short period of use.
