Autofocus is instant and silent, the manual focus ring is wide, comfortable, the response is fast, even if electronic. It blurs the background very beautifully, practically does not catch hares even without a hood. The lens hood, by the way, can be put on with the reverse side, but it will block the manual focus ring. Sharpness across the field is excellent from f / 2, distortion is minimal. The circles in the blur zone are even, the object is separated from the background smoothly, the depth of the sharply depicted space is small in the open. Excellent fix. Cons: In the off state, when shaking, you can hear the sound of moving parts inside, but this is noted with many lenses with stabilization.
