Amazing Platform - Great Customer Service
It has been incredible so far. Our manager loves it even more than we do! He's always asking about some new feature or another that he can help us implement. The entire team behind rewardster is extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond for their clients (we are one of them). I wish they would make the platform available in other countries. We have only implemented this in US but there are many markets where rewardster could be used. This is a great tool for any restaurant or bar looking to engage with their patrons.
Pros
- Easy, intuitive interface
- Wide variety off rewards you get within your app.
- Allows users an easy way track all loyalty points throughout different apps/platforms into 1 place
- User friendly dashboard which makes tracking very simple & clean as well.Very useful when doing research etc..Also provides user history data too!!! :)
Cons
- Nothing really comes up right now!!
- Would like if mobile version was faster
- Still working out kinks
