I hate giving bad reviews so I write the good ones first. This thing seems solid and heavy for the most part. I had a thread that was "skewed" (see second photo, the top is not parallel to the bottom when tightened). Not so hot what's up. Prepares coffee in small batches. Problems: Leakage between upper and lower reservoirs when fully tightened. If you add water just below the safety valve (according to the instructions and like any other coffee pot in the universe) then you fill the grounds basket completely, after that you have coffee. Not espresso, but coffee. The tank is too big for the grounds basket (or the grounds basket is too small for the tank, either way you get coffee instead of espresso). Filling the tank halfway up the valve and then squeezing in the coffee grounds is almost like a regular moka pot espresso. Nearly. Found this while looking for a stainless steel mocha pot but this one didn't quite make it. still searching
