I like that this software is easy to use, has many functions in one place (and can be customized), it's very intuitive for new users, provides great information about incidents/incidents within our organization.
Sometimes there are bugs or things don't work as expected - sometimes they need additional features added before we'll buy them again. We've been using Esf 8 since 2013 when it was called eCare. It does what you would expect from an incident management system with multiple modules including patient safety alerts, team communication tools, etc.
