Ideal for toasting bread evenly

Ideal for baking bread more evenly. This reduces the arched appearance compared to other bread shapes. Many people complain that their bread sticks to the pan. You need to grease or spray the pan. Non-stick coatings still need some tutoring to prevent sticking. This includes the top in case the bread rises completely or excessively. Once I didn't, and when I took the top off, part of the cover came off as well. I emailed the company about the coating peeling off and they responded very quickly that they would send a replacement.
