Easy to use but 7 degrees above normal

We compared it to our two old thermometers. It's really easy to use and read. Unfortunately, it consistently reads 7 degrees higher than our old thermometers. As long as we take that into account, everything is fine.

Pros

IMPORTANT NOTES - This food thermometer is designed for temporary hand-held use. NEVER leave it in a high temperature environment like a closed oven or frying pan! Do not leave in very hot food or liquid (above 572°F) for more than 1 minute. When you finish reading the temperature, please close it after cleaning and keep it away from children.
