Soft rotation not possible. Right in the middle position where most of the strands are to be wrapped! It's so sticky and doesn't spin smoothly. I thought maybe he needed to "warm up" or something. but I wrapped sweaters for the crowd + several other skeins and everything is the same. I also tried some coconut oil on the problem area. I'll have to get some sandpaper which will definitely ruin the nice black finish. The box and everything was already recycled, otherwise I would have sent it back. So disappointed!
