A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

Not appropriate for all. I've been working out in the gym consistently and intensely for six months. 42 is my age. I work out three times per week. 1 hour of iron and 30 minutes of cardio. In the end, after class, I just "creep out" because the load feels so heavy. On the advise of a trainer and after searching for them, I purchased these supplements. Three times per day is challenging; I usually just drink once or twice each day. I used it to hasten my recovery. Only lack of sleep, exhaustion, and some intense hunger as a result. I can just quit drinking them to get things back to normal. It appears that not everyone will enjoy this complex.

  • In addition to an unbalanced appetite and morning swelling beneath the eyes, there was also a strong pulling sensation in the kidneys. I am aware that constant thirst and "green urine" are typical. If you stop consuming, all of these effects "release".
